Join the Board

MACC’s Board of Directors and leadership committees are made up of people who believe in the power of collaboration — leaders from our member organizations and community who show up to help guide our network, protect our mission, and push our work forward. Serving on MACC’s Board or a committee is an opportunity to invest in your community, grow as a leader, and help shape the future of a network doing some of the most important work in Minnesota.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for people who believe in collaboration, ask good questions, and want to show up for their nonprofit community. We need board members who bring diverse perspectives, lived experience, and a commitment to growing as leaders alongside a network doing vital work.

We believe the strongest boards are built on diverse perspectives and lived experience. We actively seek individuals who identify as BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, people with disabilities, veterans, and people of any age or family status.

What Board members do
