- MACC offers members a full service solution from training and implementation of the software to ongoing support for system upgrades and enhancements, to developing custom tools to meet your needs. Members will also have access to monthly user meetings.
- Members have access to extensive training resources in the Train the Trainer model, tips and best practices for engaging staff in the use of the system, “how to” for reports and queries, and help desk support.
- Our staff expertise in the nonprofit sector is deep. Many have worked for multiple nonprofits and offer members firsthand knowledge of implementing client data systems and on the ground program management and evaluation.
