Admin Services User Groups

Our user groups are an opportunity for members to share resources, learn from one another, access training and connect with MACC’s administrative services expertise.

Current, we operate user groups for our Client Data service, Facilities Service, and will soon be launching a Behavioral Health Billing user group.

Our User Groups are learning opportunities that often include:

  • Topical sessions in which content is largely driven by emerging issues within each service are and interest by members- with MACC experts showcasing a new resource or tool.
  • Occasional “collective workshop” time where we bring in guest speakers or other resources that can help members advance their particular area of work by working alongside other members on a project or initiatives
  • Opportunities for members to provide input into helpful service advancements.
  • Sharing of ideas and best practices among each of the participating members, opportunity to showcase what's working well, and opportunity to learn from each other's challenges
