Zoom In On: Black History Month: Equity and Resistance Amid Oppression - Then & Now

Join your network as we celebrate 100 years of Black History Month by exploring the powerful history of resistance in Black communities and what lessons and courage we can draw from the past to fuel our resistance to oppression today. Hear from a panel of Black leaders from your MACC network about the historic figures and moments they look to to stay grounded and find inspiration for our current moment. We’ll also explore what narratives about Black resistance need to be reclaimed or reframed, and explore examples of organizations that have closed the gap between narrative and action when it comes to equity and resistance.

MACC 2026:  Workforce Wellbeing Summit

This Summit is about investing in our collective wellbeing. Working with our communities to maintain a vital safety net of services, taking on systemic issues, and supporting our communities through violence and occupation is critical and important work. It is also hard on the humans who do it. Investing in our wellbeing as a workforce is critical so that we can stay in that hard work - together. Chronic underinvestment in our sector makes it hard for individual organizations to invest in wellbeing so MACC created a Summit where we can collectively invest in our mutual wellness.
