About the Summit
Each year we bring our network together to connect as nonprofit colleagues and to tap into our collective brain-power and creativity to solve problems. After an incredibly isolating and heartbreaking 2020 it feels more important than ever to come together and connect.
What to expect this year:
New focus: we’ll look at where we need to rebuild and see if there are things we’d like to reimagine and build back better.
New structure: we’ll be virtual which means flexibility. We’re spreading the content over 3 sessions on 3 different days, rather than one long one.
New platform: we’ll leverage Zoom and a new, members-only networking platform where you can connect with your fellow Summiteers.

2020 opened a lot of eyes to how fragile pretty much everything around us is: our social safety net, our democracy, our health, our daily lives. It made excruciatingly and viscerally clear how unsafe our Black neighbors are, and how much work remains to dismantle the delusion of white supremacy.
We all want things to get back to normal, but it’s also clear that in a lot of ways “normal” wasn’t working. It’s time to reimagine normal. As we figure out how to rebuild – we also want to look at what we might want to leave behind.
At our annual Member Summit we’ll sort through what 2020 taught us. We’ll find the inspiration and expertise we need to fuel the fight forward, and find a little bit of normalcy connecting with our network colleagues (and maybe even some moments of joy!).
