PVLI are short podcasts  meant to provide a platform to voices that don't get heard often in the network. For Black History Month, we shared the voices of Black professionals in the MACC network and provided the opportunity for them to share their unique experiences in the nonprofit workplace. These conversations explore: the importance of having space made for you, being comfortable in your position, and feeling supported by your organization. Adjust your focus, from listening to learning. Enjoy!
