Who we're looking for:

We're looking for individuals committed to collaboration who are interested in growing and sharing their leadership experience and expanding their network of relationships. We are looking for board members that bring a diversity of thought and life experience, are able to ask good questions, and are dedicated to showing up for their nonprofit community. In order for MACC to thrive we need to tap into a broad range of ways to engage with the world, identify challenges, and build collaborative solutions.

It's critical that our network leadership reflect the diversity of our network of human service nonprofits and the vibrant communities they serve. We especially welcome individuals who have historically been excluded from leadership in our sector: individuals who identify as Black, Indigenous, People of Culture, LGBTQIA+, individuals with disabilities, veterans, and people of any age or family status.

Interested in serving on MACC's board or joining a committee? Want to nominate a leader for consideration?

Join a committee of the Board:

MACC's Board committees provide counsel and advice to the full board

Our Finance Committee's role is to ensure the financial strength and sustainability of MACC. Our finance committee reviews and monitors MACC's financial status on an ongoing basis including providing advice and oversight on MACC's annual budget, weighs in on financial strategy and important decision-making, reviewing the annual audit, and ensuring we maintain the financial health of the organization, maintain our charitable status, and responsibly steward the organization's financial resources.

We're looking for:

MACC network staff or leadership who are knowledgeable about budgeting and financial management practices in nonprofits, are able to ask good questions and offer suggestions.
